affiliate disclosure.

last updated: 16 october 2026

this disclosure applies to getworkaway.com.au.

we may earn a commission when you book through our links.

discover here. book with the provider.

getworkaway helps you explore australian getaways, retreats and destination ideas. when an approved affiliate link is available, it takes you to the travel provider, sometimes through an affiliate network. you check availability and complete your booking on the provider’s website.

how commissions work.

an affiliate link may contain a referral identifier. the provider or network may use that identifier, cookies or similar technology to attribute a qualifying booking to getworkaway. commission arrangements vary between programmes. ordinary editorial links are not necessarily affiliate links, and mentioning a provider does not by itself mean we have a partnership with it.

prices and booking conditions.

prices, availability, inclusions, compulsory charges and cancellation conditions are controlled by the provider and can change. check the complete price and terms directly before booking. separately linked accommodation and experiences are booked individually; a suggested itinerary is not a combined package sold by getworkaway.

the provider handles payments, confirmations, changes, cancellations and refunds. getworkaway does not operate a checkout or collect booking payments.

editorial content and sponsored experiences.

our diary may include original contributions and credited summaries of published traveller accounts. a summary identifies its source and does not imply that getworkaway personally visited the destination or property. material sponsorships, hosted stays or paid placements will be identified where relevant. commercial arrangements may affect which offers are featured; the site is not an exhaustive comparison of every travel option.

samples and imagery.

any offer labelled as a sample or demonstration is illustrative and cannot be booked. sample prices, inclusions and facilities are not verified live offers. destination imagery is AI-generated inspiration and does not depict actual accommodation or the original writers’ trips.
